The next meeting for Photographers East will be held next Monday, February 9th, starting at 7PM in the Community Room of Bridgehampton National Bank, Snake Hollow Rd in Bridgehampton.

This meeting will be an Open Lens night.  Members are invited to bring a few photos, a piece of specialized gear, or anything else they would like to share for an evening of photographic camaraderie. Dave received the contract for our Annual Spring Show at Ashawagh Hall.  The show dates are May 9th & 10th with drop off being Friday May 8th from 12 – 1PM.  We will have an Opening Reception on Saturday.  We will have to coordinate the times with Fred but if memory serves it is usually 3 or 4 to 6 or 7.  The theme has been Photographer’s Choice the last few years and will be again this year.  The fee will be about $100.  Please let Dave Gilmore (dwgcamera@gmail.com) or  Fred VanderWerven (fredvan@aol.com) know if you are interested in hanging work at the show.
