The regular meeting of Photographers East is rescheduled to next Monday the 17th, and will be at Ashawagh Hall instead of at BNB Bank.

We are pleased to announce our September Meeting will be at a special place and time, rain or shine on Monday, September 17th.  We will be having a Late Summer BBQ/Picnic, open to members and their guests, at Ashawagh Hall starting at 6 PM and running till 9 PM. Hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages and wine will be provided.  The charge will be $20/person. We are asking members to bring an appetizer, side dish, salad or dessert to share with the group. 

Please bring a photograph to hang on the wall inside the Hall and share with the group. We will take a brief tour of the Hall and each person can present their work.

RSVP by Wednesday, September 12th so we know how many people to provide for. If you could indicate whether you will be bringing an appetizer, side dish or salad, or desert it would also help us to make sure we are covered for the evening’s meal.

We will need a couple of volunteers to help set up and take down the tables, chairs and picture hangers. We will also need one or two grills from anyone living close by the Hall.
